Marketing is not only about advertising, but it also covers the firm objectives and goal since the beginning before the product launched until the product is delivered to the customers. In addition, social marketing has become an essential consideration in a marketing perspective, as consumers are increasingly concerned about the environment, they tend to favor green brands and the environmental practices of the firm.
